Hello clients!
Today, we're announcing that we're updating our business timezone. For many years, we were operating in UTC since we had a lot of distributed systems and, at the time, it made more sense for us to operate on UTC. With the majority of our operations back in the Eastern Time zone, we're changing our time back to UTC-4 (EDT) and UTC-5 (EST).
This means that the time our system runs automation tasks like billing will process up to 5 hours earlier than usual. Automatic payments will still process, invoices will still automatically send out, tickets will still work as usual.
