Important Notice: Downtime Caused by Hurricane Helene – Our Sincere Apologies

Dear NodeSpace Customers,

We are writing to sincerely apologize for the recent downtime many of you experienced due to the devastating impact of Hurricane Helene. This storm, one of the worst ever to hit the region, has caused an unprecedented amount of damage, including widespread washouts, landslides, and massive flooding, making it incredibly challenging for repair crews to restore services as quickly as we would all hope.

We want to assure you that our data center remained fully operational throughout the storm. There was no loss of power, and all your data is safe and secure. Additionally, all of our staff at the data center are safe, and for that, we are extremely thankful.

However, our hearts go out to the people and communities of Western North Carolina, many of whom are still recovering from this tragic event. While our facility was not directly affected, the surrounding region has suffered greatly, and we sympathize deeply with everyone who has been impacted.
